Empower, Engage, Enrich: Discover the Hendersonville Woman’s Club

Who We Are

The Hendersonville Woman’s Club, Inc. (HWC) is a vibrant, non-profit organization powered by all-volunteer officers. Since 1915, the HWC has dedicated itself to philanthropic and community service and is one of the longest-standing clubs in Henderson County, North Carolina. For over a century, we have embraced and celebrated diversity, inviting women from all walks of life to join us, regardless of age, background, race, sexual orientation, faith, or political affiliation. At HWC, each member’s unique individuality and talents are not only recognized but also encouraged.

We gather to pinpoint local needs and address them through hands-on volunteerism, collection of essential goods, and programs with local schools and charitable organizations. Our organization fosters social connections both within our membership and with the community, and empowers members to lead, innovate, and widen their experiences through various club initiatives.
